1. All
pupils are issued with a valid bus pass which should be
carried on every journey and shown to the driver or any
official from Coach Services when boarding the coach.
Lost or damaged passes should be reported to our office
immediately.
2. Calls
regarding lost property or lateness of the coach should
be made directly to Coach Services.
3. All pupils
must remain properly seated at all times for their own
safety and seat belt should be worn, on no account
should anyone put their feet on the seats.
4. All
coaches should run according to the timetable and cannot
wait for late passengers. Should you miss the coach,
always have the money for a telephone call and know who
to call, should the occasion arise. You should not take
the offer of a lift unless you are absolutely sure it is
safe to do so
5. Food and
drink must not be consumed on the Coach
6. Smoking on
the coach is strictly forbidden regardless of age and
anyone found smoking will be instructed to hand over
their Bus Pass and will no longer be allowed to use the
service. Parents and Cheadle Hulme School will be
notified accordingly
7.
If you would like a friend to travel on the coach who
does not normally use your route, Please notify Coach
Services in advance of the day in
question to ensure there is a spare seat. There is a
charge of £3.00 per single journey.
8. Any pupil
seated on the coach either without a valid Bus Pass or
not having paid will be instructed to provide a name and
address so that parents can be informed and invoiced.
